Turner Legal Solutions (TLS) also offers "unbundled/limited scope legal services" also known as "a la carte legal services".
Unbundled or limited scope legal services allow clients to handle parts of their legal case themselves while hiring an attorney for specific tasks, such as drafting documents, assisting with trial preparation, or providing limited appearances in court. This flexible approach can save time and reduce costs, giving clients control over their legal needs with professional guidance as needed.
When you choose to hire our firm but only need help with certain parts of your case, you have the option to pay only for those services instead of paying for full representation.
Please note that every case will not benefit from this type of service. We provide information during a consultation to determine if limited scope legal services will be a good fit for your legal matter.
The types of limited scope representation may include but is not limited to the following:
- Legal research
- Assistance with drafting and preparing documents/forms
- Assistance with responding to legal documents
- Assistance with trial preparation and or discovery
- Court appearance for a single issue or hearing
- Helping clients to attend a court hearing or USCIS appointment without an attorney present
