CONSULTATION OPTIONS & FEES
Turner Legal Solutions (TLS) offers various consultation options to meet your legal needs. These include:

  • Free 15-Minute Discovery Call: A brief call to determine if your matter is a good fit for our firm. No legal advice is provided.
     
  • Paid Full Consultation: A 45 minute meeting (phone, virtual, or in-person) to discuss your legal matter in detail and provide preliminary guidance.
     

Consultation fees vary depending on the type and scope of the consultation. When applicable, payment is required at the time of booking and may be made by credit card or e-check.

Q: Does TLS offer free consultations?

A: Yes. We offer a free 15-minute discovery call. Legal advice is not provided during discovery calls.


Q: What is the purpose of the discovery call?

A: The discovery call is a brief screening call used to: (1) Understand the general nature of your legal needs; (2) Confirm whether your matter aligns with the firm’s services; and (3) Explain the paid consultation options and next steps.

Legal advice, document review, and strategy and/or planning discussions are not provided during discovery calls.


Q: What types of paid consultations does Turner Legal Solutions offer?

A: Turner Legal Solutions offers different paid consultation types depending on the practice area:

  • Life & Legacy Planning Consultation: This 45 minute consultation is for estate planning and elder law matters. During this session, we review your goals, family structure, and planning concerns, including aging and incapacity considerations when applicable. You will receive tailored recommendations, an overview of planning options, and clear flat-fee pricing.


  • Initial Legal Consultation: This 45 minute consultation is available for select family law or immigration matters following a discovery call. The purpose of this session is to further evaluate the matter and determine whether representation will be offered.


Q: Is the Life & Legacy Planning Consultation required?

A: Yes. The Life & Legacy Planning Consultation is required for estate planning and elder law matters so that we can provide accurate recommendations and transparent pricing before any legal work begins.


Q: Are consultation fees credited toward legal services?

A: Yes. If you retain our firm within seven (7) days of your paid consultation appointment, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the initial invoice for the related services discussed.

Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that situations may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We respectfully request that you do so at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


TLS Cancellations
TLS reserves the right to cancel or modify consultation appointments when reasonably necessary. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded the full amount paid for scheduling the consultation.


Refund Policy 

  • The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel within twenty-four (24) hours of your appointment time, for any reason.


  • Upon request, your payment method will be credited the full consultation fee.


No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear for your consultation without any notice, it will be considered a "No-Show". You will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.


Special Circumstances
TLS understands that unavoidable circumstances may cause last-minute cancellations. In these special cases, we reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee.

45 Minute - Family Law & Immigration Consultations

This consultation is focused on helping you understand your legal rights and options in a family law or immigration matter. We will discuss the specifics of your case, potential next steps, and the estimated cost of services.

The goal is to answer your general legal questions and help you determine whether Turner Legal Solutions is the right firm to assist you.


*In-person consultations are available for an additional $100 fee.

45 Minute - Life & Legacy Planning Consultation

$150

Estate Planning & Elder Law  (By Phone or Video)


This session helps you explore ways to protect your loved ones, preserve your assets, and plan for the future. We’ll review your family structure, discuss any existing documents, and identify planning needs. You’ll also learn about our flat-fee options and how we can build a plan aligned with your goals.

*In-person consultations are available for an additional $100 fee.

Other TLS Services - Mobile Notary

Notary services are often included in the Estate Planning & Elder Law Services.
