Consultation Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Turner Legal Solutions (“TLS”) provides a few different options for consultation services. The amount of the consultation fee depends upon the type of consultation. Should your consultation appointment require a fee, then payment for your consultation is required by credit card and or e-check at the time of booking. 

If you hire our firm the consultation fee will be credited towards your total bill for services you inquired about.

TLS understands that situations arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. We respectfully request that if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, that you do so within twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment within twenty-four (24) hours prior to your appointment time. You may cancel for any reason. Upon request, your credit card or bank account (if paid with an e-check) will be credited the amount of the consultation fee that you paid to schedule the consultation.

However, if you fail to appear for your consultation appointment and provide no notice whatsoever to TLS, this will be considered a “No-Show”, and you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your consultation fee.

TLS understands that there may be special and unavoidable circumstances that cause you to cancel your consultation appointment with less than a twenty-four (24) hour notice. In these special circumstances, TLS reserves the right to waive your cancellation fee.

TLS also reserves the right to cancel or modify consultation appointments when reasonably necessary. You will be notified and refunded the amount in full that you paid to schedule the consultation.
