TLS offers flat fee options for most immigration and estate planning services, as well as some family law matters. Flat fee billing provides our clients upfront knowledge of what fees will be billed for their legal matters. There are no hidden fees or costs and no unexpected bills when you are working with our firm. This allows you to budget for the cost of legal representation. Please note not all case types have the option for flat fee billing.
Hourly Billing for Complex Legal Matters
TLS offers hourly billing for all complex legal matters. There will be no hidden fees and/or costs and no unexpected bills when you are working with our firm. This allows you to budget for the cost of legal representation. During your initial consultation, you will be advised of the fees associated with your requested legal service.
